By accessing or using the services provided by merge-x.com (“Merge-X”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

User: Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Merge-X platform.
Services: Refers to the software as a service provided by Merge-X, allowing users to connect their Google marketing assets to their agents via one link.

3. USE OF SERVICES
3.1 Access to Services: Merge-X grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for their internal business purposes.

3.2 User Account: Users must create an account to access the Services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3.3 Data Privacy: By using Merge-X, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Ownership: Merge-X retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and copyrights.

4.2 License: Merge-X grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the term of this agreement.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

5.1 No Warranty: Merge-X provides the Services “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: Merge-X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits and/or data and/or any changes to the Users Google Accounts (including, but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and/or Google Tag Manager).

6. TERMINATION

Merge-X reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, without notice.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

Merge-X may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
